well today is sunday so ive been off the past two days. Tomorrow I plan on doin a high intensity workout for my chest, triceps, and shoulders. High intensity is when you do not rest between sets. It is really good when you want to get a good pump. You cant do high intensity every workout though or your muscles will get used to it; you have to switch it up. I personally like to switch each workout from high intensity with no rest to more of a slow quality workout where you want to make each rep count. Well thats it you'll hear from me next blog. PEACE
